Serving Your CustomersWe provide multiple ways for customers to contact us when needing service, including toll-free telephone, fax, online web service and by responsive email. Our professionally trained, friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Representatives (CCRs) are focused on understanding and responding to your customers' requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each of our Customer Care representatives receive extensive training, are performance-focused and continuously coached to deliver the best customer satisfaction. All customer interactions are regularly reviewed to ensure our high performance standards are maintained. Service and Repair NetworkWe provide complete management of your customers' service request, repair and mattress exchange needs. We take care of all the details, including supplying free stain and odor removal products, scheduling in-home inspection and service appointments, authorizing repairs and/or facilitating replacement of mattresses as required. Our extensive network of authorized technicians throughout the US and Canada are selected based on their quality of service, referrals and experience in the industry. Working with your own service or sales personnel, our team of service managers regularly assesses the performance of our service technicians to ensure the highest standards of service are delivered for your customers.
