SleepTrust Customer Care Programs Include: 5 + 2* Year Superior Plan
7 Years Total Coverage when your customer activates their plan. * 10- Year Serenity Plan We provide manufacturer's warranty assistance to your customers. Includes toll-free number, trained Customer Care Representatives and in-home inspection (if required). In the event of an accidental rip, tear or burn, we will assist your customer in repairing your mattress and/or box spring up to and including full replacement of the damaged piece(s). Unlimited service for accidental stains and odors. Free replacement if stain cannot be removed or damage cannot be repaired. ONE full year comfort exchange guarantee.
Note that there is a $99.00 exchange fee required from the customer. The customer is also responsible for payment of any delivery, pick-up or administration costs.
